All products used on Otto Tuza’s VIP Horse Floats have been trialled, tested and re-tested to meet our extensive 100% quality control requirements. Otto Tuza spends a lot of hours sourcing the Australian market for the best materials available to him to build and manufacture your horse floats.
We use Australian Steel
No Chinese steel is used in the construction of our horse floats. We only use Australian made steel from our supplier Steelforce who obtain this material from large Australian suppliers such as BlueScope, One Steel and Orrcon. We constantly carry out our routine checks and test our horse floats so you can feel confident and at ease that your new horse float contains only the highest quality materials and products installed in them.
Otto Tuza’s VIP Horse Floats have a complete all gal chassis and frame to give you the assurance they are by far a much superior and durable horse float then our competitors. Our side walls, fronts, entry doors panels and mudguards are all manufactured from zinc anneal sheeting for extra resistance to the harsh elements of the weather. This also ensures our horse floats finish and strength are much more superior.

Flooring
What your horses will be standing on will be the most important decision you make when you are purchase your new horse float. This is why we have selected our floorings to be installed with 19mm hardwood timber. This timber is super strong and solid. It’s designed to be structural so it can carry your heavy loads this making it our safest option for our horse floats. Our horse floats have spring-loaded tailgates making it easy and safe to load and unload your horses. Our floats come standard with padding, kick boards, removable dividers or adjustable dividers in angle loads to mention just a few inclusions.
Our rubber matting is stapled and sealed to ensure your float floor is protected and secured for your horses and enables you to hose it out for better hygiene. Otto Tuza’s VIP Horse Floats have an extensive range of standard included features that others include as extras.
